D&M Ammunition Manufacturing Solutions/D&M Holding Co. introduce White River Energetics, an energetic materials engineering and manufacturing firm specializing in energetics manufacturing, research and development of modern energetics manufacturing processes, and advanced training in energetics chemistry, safety, and manufacturing. Located in a state-of-the-art facility in Arkansas, USA, WRE supports a wide range of domestic and international clients in defense and sporting markets through the manufacture and distribution of primers for small caliber ammunition. White River Energetics manufactures small, medium, and large pistol and rifle primers using the traditional Lead Styphnate process.

D&M/WRE has also assembled a team of explosives factory engineers with the experience and expertise to build modern propellant (single and multi-base) processing plants.
Through its 15,000-square-foot state-of-the-art facility in Arkansas, WRE manufactures small arms primers, including rifle magnum primers for a wide range of domestic and international clients in defense and sporting markets.
