D&M specializes in Greenfield Projects – often for companies and countries that have never been in the ammunition, primer, or propellant business before. Global demand for reliable supplies of ammunition, primers, and powder is soaring as a matter of National Security, and D&M is working nonstop to support the US, NATO countries, and other friendly foreign governments.
Headquartered in Tampa, Florida, D&M’s operations include state-of-the-art facilities in Cabot, Arkansas that comprise a total of over 75,000 sq. ft. dedicated to design, engineering, manufacturing, and testing, along with an additional 15,000 sq. ft. in Des Arc, Arkansas dedicated to primer and propellant manufacturing. D&M’s Arkansas based subsidiary, White River Energetics, manufactures small arms primers, including rifle magnum primers for a wide range of domestic and international clients in defense and sporting markets.
D&M along with its subsidiary White River Energetics (WRE) has a combined, growing workforce of over 250 industry professionals who work with our global customers through every stage of the process, and will be adding 100 additional professionals with WRE’s primer plant expansion and the addition of propellant manufacturing.
