With product requirements from toilet bowls to engine cowls, McStarlite has specialized and continually developed the draw form manufacturing process based on customer driven needs. One early success story derived from a customers need to have an aircraft nacelle with reduced weight and shorter assembly time. Working closely with the customer’s engineering staff, McStarlite successfully manufactured a cost saving, single-piece, engine inlet cowl approximately 9 feet in diameter.
Since that time, knowledge, skills, experience, and machinery have made McStarlite the world leader in the production of inlet cowls and the accepted expert in cold forming of sheet metal.
