Our high-end north seeking gyroscope utilizes the 3-axis solid state sensors in True North Finding with both wireline and memory mode that can operate within its inclination of 0.1% error range on various temperature and pressure downhole environment.

In 2014, Sniper Drilling Motors established a 34,000 square foot facility dedicated to servicing and maintaining drilling motors. The state-of-the-art center is equipped with overhead cranes, hydraulic vices, and breakout machines, and exceeds industry standards for lighting, ventilation, and hydrocarbon disposal. Capable of operating around the clock, the shop's skilled mechanics adhere to Sniper's in-house ISO-compliant procedures. Meticulous records on all parts are maintained in the OASIS tracking system. Parts are tracked from incoming inspection of materials through final manufacturing allowing for proactive replacement before reaching their designed life cycle.

Sniper drilling motors has 3 designs: SNIPER CONVENTIONAL MOTOR; SNIPER HT MOTOR; SNIPER PERFORMANCE MOTOR. In addition to our standard motor line, we also manufacture customized motors and subassemblies based on our customer's unique specifications.
Our rotors are machined using the highest grade of steel and the industry standard Weingärtner milling machines. Meanwhile, our stators are made using industry-standard tubes and injected with standard HNBR, our unique hard rubber, or Sniper high-temperature rubber. We can also inject elastomer from other customer-specified suppliers to meet specific job requirements.

Its ruggedness, accuracy, and reliability are unparalleled, and it doesn't require regular calibrations. With a North seeking time of just 30 seconds, it can measure the earth's rotation and gravity fields with precision.
In addition to its solid-state sensors, our gyro boasts a dual system that includes both stable platform and strap-down inertial navigation, as well as proprietary Adaptive Roll Technology. This advanced system provides high roll tolerance and allows for surveying speeds of up to 200m/min. The Gyro's powerful Kalman Filtering also leads to dramatically improved reliability and accuracy.
