Stackable Slurry Skid with Dual Vessel Unit
Dutch Filtration
The Dutch Filtration stackable dual mixing slurry skid is a complete unit for pre-coating, body feed and polishing of fluids. The stackable unit can be placed and fixed on top of the filter press. This set-up will give the minimum footprint during operation of the filter system. The unit has one frame and contains 2x 17 BBL mixing tanks, air driven pre-coat and body feed pump, two cartridge filter vessels each 50 cartridges. The unit is equipped with a safe working platform.
Filter Consumables
Dutch Filtration
We offer a full range of filter cartridges that are designed and manufactured to meet the most demanding quality standards of the oil and gas and process industry. We offer a full range filter cartridges and other filter elements for fluid filtration. All types of filter cartridges are available in different micron ratings and different lengths. We also offer high flow filter cartridges and bags for high contaminant holding capacity for long life.
Oil Absorption Cartridge
Dutch Filtration
Dutch filtration has developed oil absorption filter elements that are the best in the range of all oil absorption filter elements. They are specifically designed and manufactured for the high efficiency removal of free, dispersed and emulsified oil from water. The oil absorption filter elements have a high absorption capacity and remove 99 percent of the oil in a single pass. All of the oil absorbing filter elements are tested in our test facility. Our filtration products are designed based on 45 years of filtration experience. The Oillock blocks after saturation.
WaterLock
Dutch Filtration
The WaterLock-series from Dutch filtration are the best in the range of water absorption elements. The WaterLock-elements have a high absorption capacity of more than 1kg and remove more than 95% of polar substances in a single pass. Since they have the unique characteristic of blocking when saturated, they can easily be used in our standard vessels and monitored by differential pressure. All of our filtration products are tested in our test facility and designed based on 45 years of filtration experience.
Dual Vessel Cartridge/Bag Filter Unit
Dutch Filtration
The Dual Vessel Combi Filter Unit is based on 25 years of experience in manufacturing oilfield equipment. All new features are based on customer feedback and combined in our unique twin vessel filter unit. HSE, efficiency and reliability are the key drivers for our product improvement and design. For the vessel closure you can choose the Rudi Quick Opening Closure. This allows the operator to open and close the filter vessel quickly and safely for changing filter cartridges and/or bags. Or you can choose the standard swing bolt closure. The unit is designed and built in accordance with DNV 2.7-1/ISO 10855/EN 1209 and also certified by DNV or Lloyds. Our standard DFCB24 unit has two housings with each 50 cartridges or each 4 bags and 6 valves for parallel, in series and by-pass operation.
The Dual Vessel Filter unit is also available as Dual Vessel Bag Filter Unit and Dual Vessel Cartridge Filter Unit.
High Flow Cartridges
Dutch Filtration
High-flow filters and housing systems offer exceptional benefits compared to multi-cartridge systems.
For large industrial applications or municipal water plants you need to install multiple filters to handle the
flow and or the contaminant load. In this cases it is better to use high flow cartridges. With high flow filter
elements you can handle high flow rates and you need less space. For example just one 6.3 inch (160mm)
diameter UltraFlow High Flow filter element can handle flow rates up to 110 m3/hr (484 GPM). The dirt load
is also much higher so a greater performance can be attained with a much smaller system then the conventional
pleated filters, sometimes two or four times smaller.
To change the cartridges in a conventional system it takes an immense amount of time and manpower. A high flow filter system contains fewer elements and so the time to change the filters is much shorter. Another benefit is the longer lifetime of the high flow filter elements, this means fewer changeouts. Because of the shorter change out time and the longer service life the disposal costs of high flow filter elements are much lower.
Mudcooler
Dutch Filtration
The Dutch Filtration Mudcooler is an essential tool for maintaining optimal drilling fluid temperatures during oil and gas operations. Designed to handle the most demanding conditions, the Mudcooler ensures efficient and safe drilling by effectively controlling the temperature of drilling fluids.
Key features of the Dutch Filtration Mudcooler include:
- Advanced Cooling Technology : The Mudcooler utilizes state-of-the-art cooling mechanisms to maintain the desired temperature of drilling fluids, preventing overheating and ensuring consistent performance.
- Robust Construction : Built with high-quality materials, the Mudcooler is designed to withstand harsh environments and continuous operation, providing reliable performance in the field.
- Efficiency and Safety: By controlling drilling fluid temperatures, the Mudcooler helps to enhance drilling efficiency and safety, reducing the risk of equipment failure and operational downtime.
- Easy Integration: The Mudcooler is designed for easy integration into existing drilling systems, making it a versatile solution for various drilling operations.
Using the Dutch Filtration Mudcooler, operators can achieve better control over drilling fluid temperatures, leading to improved drilling performance and reduced operational risks. This innovative solution is ideal for oil and gas operations that demand high efficiency and reliability. Enhance your drilling operations with the Dutch Filtration Mudcooler and experience the benefits of advanced temperature control technology.
One offshore certified skid contains heat exchanger, mud strainer and all piping with valves/gauges included.
The heat exchanger must be easily accessible as well as the mud strainers.
Process condition:
- Applicable for high-density muds with high solid contents (<40%)
- Maximum capacity: 175 m³/hr (18 BPM) (single unit)
- Maximum working pressure: 10 bar (150 psi)
- Temperature: Up to 110°C (230°F) (higher possible)
Fuel Flow
Dutch Filtration
The pleated construction ensures high dirt-holding capacity, a high flow rate, low pressure drop, and increased surface area. Various pore size ratings are available for particle separation, ranging from 1 to 25 μm, with a remarkable beta ratio of 5000 (99.98% removal efficiency). The coalescing effect causes dispersed or emulsified water to form droplets, which will then sink to the sump of the vessel after leaving the filter. The water can then be drained, preventing it from damaging downstream fuel transportation and engine components. The coalescing performance is rated at an impressive 95%. The materials used in the FUELFLOW series are specially selected for fuel applications and are of the highest quality. All components are thermally bonded rather than glued, enabling operation at higher temperatures and pressures, and ensuring compatibility with the solvents found in fuel.
