AirSep Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) and Vacuum Pressure Swing Adsorption (VPSA) Oxygen Systems Catalog
AirSep Corporation
Founded in 1987 in Buffalo, NY, AirSep Corporation offers innovative, cost-effective,
non-cryogenic oxygen supply solutions as an alternative to cylinder or liquid
systems. A division of CAIRE Inc., AirSep has earned a strong brand reputation
over the past three decades as a manufacturer of high-quality, built-to-last oxygen
systems accompanied by unparalleled service and support to ensure your systems
operate at peak performance with little to no downtime.
AirSep Self-Contained Oxygen Generators
AirSep Corporation
For unique applications, AirSep offers a range of completely self-contained oxygen generators equipped with air compressors.
With the exception of the Centrox, these generators require no special installation. Simply connect the oxygen outlet to your application or oxygen distribution system and the power cord to a grounded electrical outlet. Turn the unit on and set your oxygen flow rate.
The Centrox and Reliant are a great fit for use in hospitals, medical clinics, and veterinary medicine. They as well as the Onyx Series, Topaz Series, and SeQual’s Regalia, also serve commercial applications in manufacturing and environmental processes.
From oxygen bars, waste/water treatment, jewelry repair/manufacturing, fish farming, artistic glass work, and supplying feed gas to ozone generators to purify water, AirSep covers it all.

AirSep PSA Oxygen Systems
AirSep Corporation
AirSep supplies both portable and wall-mounted medical oxygen generators for smaller clinics ranging in capacity from 8 LPM to 15 LPM. For larger hospitals with central piping, AirSep stationary generators with capacities up to 5,500 SCFH (144.6 Nm³/hr or 2,596 LPM) at 72.5 psig (500 kPa or 5.0 barg) are available as single train, duplex, or skidded turnkey systems. All HM Series systems are designed to deliver oxygen that meets the United States and European Pharmacopoeia Oxygen 93 Percent (93% ±3%) Monograph and fully assembled and tested in AirSep facilities. Unskidded, high purity (99% ±0.5%), containerized, and cylinder refilling options are available upon customer request.
Any AirSep Oxygen Generator can be packaged with other customer-specified or AirSep-recommended components to form complete Medical Oxygen Supply Systems, including automatic switch-over. In the unlikely event that the system deviates from preset limits, the automatic switch-over immediately switches to the secondary oxygen supply. System alarms alert the health care facility of the condition so that corrective service may be performed.
For customers who require portability or desire to supply oxygen to others, the cylinder filling option allows for the filling of as few as 8-100s of cylinders per day at up to 2,200 psig (15,169 kPa or 151.6 barg). If a self-sufficient secondary oxygen supply is needed, cost-efficient oxygen compressors designed to fill cylinders intermittently are available. AirSep also offers weatherproof and duplex systems (two independent systems with manual or automatic switch-over). For special applications, a high concentration module can be added to the system.
AirSep Medical Oxygen systems can be fabricated in accordance with all relevant local codes (e.g., ASME, ANSI, NEMA, CSA, CRN, CE/PED, TSG R0004-2009, HTM2022, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 7396, and USPXXII Medical Oxygen Standards).

Description
Self-contained PSA oxygen generators, like AirSep’s Reliant and Centrox products, 220 V versions available for export only, are used primarily for medical oxygen supply. Larger than a traditional stationary oxygen concentrator, an AirSep oxygen generator can deliver higher pressure, 50 pound per square inch gage (PSIG) or higher.
Recently medical clinics have set up ventilators to help support breathing in patients whose lungs have been seriously impacted by the COVID-19 virus. Many patients are experiencing shortness of breath and difficulty breathing due to the virus infecting the respiratory tract and damaging the lung’s alveoli, which is where oxygen enters the blood and carbon dioxide passes.
To alleviate these harsh symptoms, Reliant and Centrox oxygen generators can connect directly to the ventilator and together these technologies supply oxygen to the patient allowing more time for their lungs to recover and regain function.
