This strategic acquisition will enhance UPM’s capabilities in advanced manufacturing and expand its portfolio of innovative solutions.

Fabrisonic, headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, was a division of EWI, a renowned leader in advanced manufacturing technologies, before becoming an independent company in 2011. Specializing in metal fabrication and innovation, Fabrisonic developed patented processes to create unique metal materials for industries such as aerospace, defense, space, and automotive.
