MethaneTrack™ Close-proximity Continuous Emissions Monitoring System
The MethaneTrack™ close-proximity continuous emissions monitoring system uses wireless intrinsically-safe MPS™ sensors to continually measure emissions on equipment. Data flows to a secure analytics and reporting dashboard, delivering real-time automated alerts and consolidated reports that help operators quickly address issues, reduce emissions, and maintain regulatory compliance.

Description
MethaneTrack™ offers a cost-effective network of robust monitoring points called "endpoints" designed to accurately measure methane, all hydrocarbons & hydrogen emissions. It not only monitors emissions 24/7/365 but also utilizes cloud-based software to swiftly report the location and emission rate of any leaks to operators, enabling a prioritized response to meet emission reduction goals and comply with regulatory requirements.
Low Maintenance and Extremely Robust Hardware
MethaneTrack™ utilizes battery powered wireless endpoints (sensor modules) that can be mounted on existing infrastructure. A typical site installation can be completed by a single technician in just a few hours – enabling installation of several sites per day per installer. The low-power, small form factor eliminates wiring costs and solar panel costs, and expensive installation. The endpoints are purpose-built for harsh conditions with an operating range of -40°C to 75°C and 100% RH. The embedded MPS™ (Molecular Property Spectrometer) sensors in the endpoints are intrinsically safe, programmable for multiple gases, do not poison, do not drift, do not require field calibration, and have a demonstrated 15-year life.
Comprehensive Analytics and Reporting Dashboard
Emissions tracking and compliance are made easy with a comprehensive analytics and reporting dashboard that provides visibility across every level—from enterprise to individual sites and assets. Users can visualize the precise location and size of emissions, while real-time alerts automatically notify the right teams to take action. The system empowers users to focus on their specific areas of responsibility and clearly distinguish between operational and fugitive emissions. Simplified regulatory compliance is achieved through customizable and pre-built reports that reduce the cost of emissions tracking and reporting with automated tabulation of total emissions. Historical data validation enables users to demonstrate compliance performance across sites, regions, and countries, supporting OGMP activities and meeting the requirements of EPA regulations 0000b and 0000c as well as Fit for 55 legislation. Designed to meet the needs of operators, executives, regulators, and shareholders alike, the platform ensures actionable insights and transparency for every stakeholder.
